Civics Test Prep is an independent study tool. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Homeland Security, or any U.S. government agency.

1. Educational purpose only

The app helps you practice the civics, reading and writing portions of the U.S. naturalization test using public-domain materials published by USCIS. It does not provide legal advice, does not file or track any immigration application, and does not guarantee that you will pass any test or obtain any immigration benefit. Always confirm current requirements and the names of current office holders at uscis.gov/citizenship/testupdates.

2. Accuracy of dynamic information

Names of governors, senators and federal officials change. The app shows the date its data was last updated and links to official sources; verify before your interview.

3. License

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer it. USCIS materials included in the app are in the public domain.

4. Advertising and payments

The app is free and may show ads served by Google AdMob. Some features (for example additional daily exams) may be unlocked by watching an optional rewarded video. A one-time in-app purchase ("Remove ads") permanently disables ads on the store account where it was bought. We do not process payments ourselves: Google Play or the App Store handle checkout, receipts, taxes, refunds and restoring the purchase. The purchase is not transferable between Android and iOS.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from its use, including outcomes of any immigration process.

6. Changes

We may modify the app or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

1. Solo con fines educativos

La app le ayuda a practicar las partes de cívica, lectura y escritura del examen de naturalización usando materiales de dominio público publicados por USCIS. No ofrece asesoría legal, no presenta ni da seguimiento a ninguna solicitud migratoria y no garantiza que apruebe ningún examen ni obtenga ningún beneficio migratorio. Confirme siempre los requisitos vigentes y los nombres de los funcionarios actuales en uscis.gov.

2. Exactitud de la información dinámica

Los nombres de gobernadores, senadores y funcionarios federales cambian. La app muestra la fecha de su última actualización de datos y enlaza a fuentes oficiales; verifique antes de su entrevista.

3. Licencia

Recibe una licencia personal e intransferible para usar la app en sus dispositivos. No puede revenderla, redistribuirla ni aplicar ingeniería inversa. Los materiales de USCIS incluidos son de dominio público.

4. Publicidad y pagos

La app es gratuita y puede mostrar anuncios de Google AdMob. Algunas funciones (por ejemplo, exámenes diarios adicionales) pueden desbloquearse viendo un video con recompensa opcional. Una compra única ("Quitar anuncios") desactiva los anuncios de forma permanente en la cuenta de la tienda donde se realizó. Nosotros no procesamos pagos: Google Play o App Store gestionan el cobro, los recibos, impuestos, reembolsos y la restauración. La compra no se transfiere entre Android e iOS.

5. Exclusión de garantías

La app se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no somos responsables de daños derivados de su uso, incluidos los resultados de cualquier proceso migratorio.

6. Cambios

Podemos modificar la app o estos términos en cualquier momento. El uso continuado tras los cambios implica su aceptación.
